NO TOLERANCE POLICY

Illegal drugs

 At Todos Santos Tours and Surf School we hold a strict no tolerance policy for any type of illegal drugs. If these are found on the person(s) of any of our patrons their trip will be terminated immediately with no refund. This is especially important when traveling in Baja because the federales can confiscate all our possessions, incarcerate us for indefinite periods of time and impose fines for our return home. Should any person(s) bring these substances on any trip that person(s) is/are liable for all lost property and all expenses incurred, including legal fees, by themselves and all other parties on their trip including Todos Santos Tours and surf school in the event that these substances are found by the local authorities.

Alcohol

Todos Santos Tours and Surf School does not provide alcoholic beverages on any of our trips neither do we transport them. If you wish to drink alcohol at any of our destinations you may do so at your own expense. If anyone drinking alcohol acts in an vulgar or unseemly manner or does any illegal acts this may also be cause for termination of that person’s trip without a refund as well as the same consequences associated with illegal drug use as stated above.

We believe all of our trips are best enjoyed sober with the company of those on the trip and we hope to avoid any negative consequences often coinciding with the use of drugs and alcohol.
